The gifting industry has a dirty little secret; it dictates when and what we gift, and despite  feedback to the contrary, it doesn't hero the businesses, products or services that help you show up for and support your inner circle in the moments they need it most.

We've listened to the lived experiences of you, our customers, to better understand what helpful gifting truly looks like, and the heart-felt impact it has. And it's resoundingly clear; you want access to considerately curated brands and businesses that provide help, not just stuff for your loved ones when life happens.

What we look for in our Partnership Collective

We are a curated gifting destination rallying a select, invitation-only collective of Partners.  We are building a collective of aligned brands to demonstrate what Helpful Gifting looks like, by connecting offerings to real Customer experiences and needs.

What does it mean to become a Partner with We are The Helpful?

Becoming a partner with us means you can sell your products, experiences or services to our wonderful (and did we mention, thoughtful?) Customer base. As a Partner, you gain access to our platform's tools, resources, and support to help grow your business online and align yourselves with the emerging Helpful Gifting category.

How do I apply to become a Partner?

Firstly, thank you for your interest. Becoming a part of our Partnership Collective is invite only, due to the level of research and curation we undertake to deliver the most Helpful, impactful gifts to our Customers and the ones they love. However, if you would like to tell us more about your business, you can click on the ‘Register Interest’ banner on this page. You will need to provide information about your business, including your company name, contact details, and a brief description of your products, experiences or services. Our team will review your application and contact you with the next steps.

Are there any eligibility requirements?

Yes, all of our Partners must offer truly Helpful and impactful products, experiences or services that meet the needs of our Customers and their loved ones. Partners must have a valid UK business registration and provide high-quality products, experiences or services that align with our standards. Additionally, partners should be able to meet our customer service and delivery expectations, and hold a high star rating online.

What are the benefits of Partnering with us?

As a Partner, you will benefit from increased visibility, access to our marketing tools, analytics, and dedicated support from our partner success representatives. You can also participate in exclusive promotions and events, and be aligned to the emerging Helpful Gifting movement.

How do I list my products or services?

Once we have confirmed the Partnership, you will gain access to our Partner dashboard, where you can create listings and a shop front for your products, experiences or services. You will be issued with onboarding documentation to support you with this process, and you will also have access to a team member should you need additional support.

Can I integrate my existing e-commerce system with We are The Helpful?

If you operate off Shopify, we offer integration options to connect your existing e-commerce system with our platform. Our team can guide you through the integration process and help ensure a seamless experience.

What kind of support will I receive as a partner?

Our team is available to assist you with any questions or issues. You will also have access to a range of resources, including documentation, to help you maximise your success.

How do I manage orders and track sales?

You can manage orders and track sales through the partner dashboard. This tool provides real-time insights into your sales performance, order status, and customer feedback, allowing you to make informed business decisions. Alternatively, depending on your e-commerce platform, sales and operations may be integrated with your existing operational process, ensuring a seamless fulfilment experience for both your team and our Customers.

How can I optimise my listings for better visibility and sales?

We recommend using high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and competitive pricing to attract customers. Additionally, participating in marketplace promotions and actively engaging with customer reviews can enhance your visibility and credibility.

How does shipping and delivery work?

We are The Helpful is a marketplace so once a sale is made, your business will directly receive and fulfil the customer orders much in the same way you would for orders via your own website.
At the time of sale, you will be notified by email and will be provided with a simple online Administration tool to help you manage customer communications and fulfil the sale. We also seamlessly integrate with Shopify stores, which enables direct, automated sale management within your store’s system.
As per your existing operating methods, you manage all shipping and delivery post-sale, and relevant detail will be displayed via We are The Helpful to support communications and process transparency with Customers.

How are payments managed?

We use Stripe Connect as our payment gateway, and require that all Partners use a Stripe account to connect into this solution. Via this solution, payments are automatically issued to all relevant parties.
