Grow + Gather's Birth Preparation class focuses on movement, breathing and preparing for labour. A two hour class filled with helpful information, tips and tricks from two qualified midwives with backgrounds in yoga and hypnobirthing. Lots of tools for birth partners too. For expectant women and their birth partner. 

About Grow + Gather

Meet Hannah + Hayley; they're friends who are both Midwives.

After years of working with expectant families in India, Costa Rica, Uganda, London and all over Scotland, Hannah + Hayley decided to bring together their experience in midwifery, yoga and hypnobirthing and co-founded Grow + Gather.

Now settled in Edinburgh,  Hannah + Hayley work with pregnant women and their families in their roles as NHS midwives. Hannah is a hypnobirthing teacher and Hailey is an antenatal and postnatal yoga instructor and met whilst working in the same community midwifery team.

Both Hannah + Hayley are passionate about antenatal education and want to make sure all expectant parents are equipped for labour and parenthood; a journey that is both exciting and daunting.  They love to bring together local parents within relaxed and informal settings, ensuring you get the chance to meet other expectant parents in an atmosphere that is friendly and informative. Regardless of whether or not you join us for antenatal classes, 1:1 sessions or active birth workshops; our classes are honest, evidence-based and great fun.
