<p><b>1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW</b>
The <b>WIN A LUXE, PRIVATE SEA, SAUNA AND BREATHWORK FOR YOU AND UP TO 8 FRIENDS</b> ("Promotion") is hosted by We are The Helpful, Wild Scottish Sauna, and Elevate by Lauren Anderson ("the Promoters"). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.</p>
<p><b>2. ELIGIBILITY</b></p>
<ul><li>Open to residents of Scotland aged 18 years or over.</li><li>Employees of the Promoters and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.</li><li>Participants must have a public Instagram account to enter.</li></ul>
<p><b>3. PROMOTION PERIOD</b></p>
<ul><li>The Promotion begins on Monday 10th February at midday and ends on Monday 17th February at 5pm ("Promotion Period").</li><li>Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.</li></ul>
<p><b>4. HOW TO ENTER</b></p>

<p><b>5. PRIZE DETAILS</b></p>
<ul><li>The winner will receive a private sea, sauna and breathwork experience for you and up to eight friends hosted by “the Promoters” at Wild Scottish Sauna (St Andrews location), including guided meditation and breathwork by a representative from Elevate by Lauren Anderson. Light refreshments will be served, and you will be responsible for notifying “the Promoters” of any dietary requirements for the group.</li><li>The winner and up to eight of their friends will be advised to arrive at 9:30am at Wild Scottish Sauna, West Sands, St Andrews. The official experience will commence at 10am, and will conclude at 11:30am. </li><li>The prize is non-transferable and cannot be changed to another date or exchanged for cash or other alternatives.</li><li>If the prize does not include travel or accommodation.</li></ul>
<p><b>6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION</b></p>
<ul><li>The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries within one hour after the Promotion ends.</li><li>The winner will be contacted via email.</li><li>If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner may be selected.</li></ul>
<p><b>7. PUBLICITY & USAGE RIGHTS</b></p>
<ul><li>By entering, participants may be asked to participate in photos and/or vision of the experience on the day, but this is not mandatory.</li><li>The winner may be asked to share their experience on Instagram, but this is not mandatory</li></ul>
