A comprehensive bundle of deep nourishment, this package has been designed as an investment for optimal healing. Intensive food support for the first 7 days post birth (ideally) or any time after baby’s arrival. Lunch and Dinner each day, plus snacks and tea. The food and drinks are designed with postpartum focused foods, tonic herbs & botanicals in mind, to nourish, ground and replenish her in the fourth trimester. Steeped in the wisdom of the Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine approach to postpartum recovery, The Food Doula combines ingredients that have various restorative and supportive applications according to these ancient traditions. The meals aid in balancing hormones, supporting digestion, nourishing the blood, grounding the nervous system, replenishing jing, building energy stores and increasing milk supply, but with Food Doula flavour twists and surprises, always!

PORTIONS
If not sharing these meals with someone else, this package could last 2 weeks as the portions are for 2. You would simply defrost the meals when you want them, heating half (one portion), refrigerating the other portion in a container and eating within 2 days.
DIETARY
All items in this bundle are free from refined sugar, gluten, seed oils, lactose (dahl’s contain ghee, lacto free clarified butter). The meals are enriched with ossa organic chicken bone broth to benefit from it’s mineral and protein rich goodness.
